Introducing CCData's Order Book Replay

We're excited to introduce our new Order Book Replay product, allowing users to replay Level 2 (L2) updates from supported markets.

This advanced tool offers different delivery options—from real-time simulation to faster intervals—and provides the ability to replay timeframes of market activity with up to 5% depth. This can power a wide range of applications, including:

  • Historical Market Analysis: Access granular historical order book data to evaluate market behaviour, liquidity trends, and price movements over specific periods.
  • Backtesting & Strategy Validation: Simulate trading strategies using historical data to rigorously test and optimise performance before live implementation, enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Support regulatory investigations by providing precise historical data to ensure transparency, adherence to market rules, and verification of trading activities.

CCIX Pricing Available via LSEG and Bloomberg

We're thrilled to announce the expansion of our data services. In addition to offering exchange data, reference prices, and indices through the CCData API, we're now providing comprehensive data dissemination solutions.

You can now access our CCIX prices through the following platforms:

  • LSEG Data & Analytics (formerly Refinitiv) by searching CRYPTO=CCCL.
  • Bloomberg by searching CC{ticker} (e.g., for Bitcoin, search CCBTC).

CCData offers the capability to disseminate any indices for clients via Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or any other preferred vendor. The frequency of dissemination is fully customizable, from every second to every 15 seconds.

These services ensure the seamless distribution of index data through the CCData API and major data vendors, ensuring you receive the data you need accurately and efficiently.

Explore Detailed Blockchain Address Metrics with On-Chain Metadata

Our new on-chain address metadata offers comprehensive metrics on specific blockchain addresses. Simply enter the desired blockchain address of interest into the new endpoint for detailed data such as the address type (token, wallet, smart contract, etc.), interaction timestamps, token metadata, and supply metrics.

This product is powered by the same on-chain infrastructure as our DEX integrations, with data and information updating with every live block captured.

What This Means for You: This advanced metadata opens up a world of possibilities—including wallet tracking and address verification. We recommend using the on-chain and off-chain metadata endpoint with our centralised and decentralised pricing to gain the clearest, most granular view of your chosen token's landscape.

Expanding Spot & Futures Exchange Coverage

Alongside our order book and on-chain offerings, our core trade data offering has been expanding steadily. We've focused on increasing our exchange coverage to include newly emerging trading venues across both spot and derivatives markets.

This constant expansion brings more accurate pricing, coverage of a wider range of assets, and increased liquidity to our CADLI aggregated index family.

Digital Asset Fixings: Did You Know?

Our new DA Fixings endpoint can provide a synthetic close price for an always-trading crypto instrument, at the click of a button.

Using our FCA-authorised CCIX benchmark family, DA Fixings takes a 10 minute time-weighted average closing price for any timezone and closing time required. This allows you to easily value your end-of-day portfolio, obtain robust settlement pricing, simplify regulatory compliance, and navigate financial reporting complexities.
